Never knew buying a car could be so pleasant! We've bought and sold lots of cars throughout our life time and this experience is the best ever!
At the door, Shawn Becton greeted us with a smile. We told him we were in the market for a truck (we had seen a used one at another dealership) and he asked what our needs were.
After discussing our latest toy (a camper) he recommended a Nissan Frontier.
As luck would have it they had a 2012 and we purchased it for about the same money as the used one with 15,000 miles. (and a year newer)

My wife and I were very pleased with the service we received. We dealt mostly with John Hanzel. While they were not pushy, which we liked, they ensured that we would get exactly the deal/payment and car that we wanted. They went above and beyond my trade in value, and negotiated very fairly on the down payment to get the payment where we wanted. They were also very helpful on the leasing terms, which we have never done, and John showed us all the functions of the car after the purchase. Again, very pleased with the service and product. Please ensure that your sales reps are given some type of incentive, particularly John and Chris, the sales manager I believe. Thanks again!
Best Car Buying Experience Ever!
In the 4 or 5 new vehicles I have purchased (not including 2 leased cars), this was the most positive car buying experience I have had. Our salesman, Jimmy Alexander, was outstanding. He listened to the type of vehicles I was considering, the models I wanted and I got to test drive them all. Above and beyond that, he showed me around the dealership, introduced me to many fine, friendly people and took the time to explain all the features of my new Murano (my previous car was ten years old and there were many unfamiliar "bells and whistles"). In addition, Jimmy gave me his phone number in case I had any other questions about the vehicle. I was also pleased with the trade in I received for my old vehicle and the rebates I received.
All of the people at Eastern Carolina Nissan were friendly. Everyone bent over backwards and worked with me to see that I received the best service and got exactly what I wanted.
Although I have never owned a Nissan, I considered the brand because I feel it is a good, safe, reliable one. After my Eastern Carolina Nissan eperience, I am glad I did. It is important to me to be able to take my vehicle in for service to a place I trust. I absolutely trust Eastern Carolina Nissan. I look forward to my continued relationship with them. They will be seeing me and my new Murano for many years to come:)

I've been looking for a new car for about a year. I wanted one that would be safe and give me good gas mileage.
My youngest son, John and his wife, Amy, live in North Carolina, where he is in the US Marine Corps. While I was there during Christmas, we went to Eastern Carolina Nissan to test drive a Nissan Versa. John introduced me to Jimmy Alexander, the salesman that sold him a vehicle a few months ago.
Jimmy Alexander showed me the cars I was interested in, took me for a test drive, and I loved the car. It is unbelievable the amount of leg room and head room these cars have, not to mention the large trunk. My sons are over 6 feet tall and so is Mr. Alexander, and I drove and they each took turns sitting in the back with plenty of room.
Being a small car you'd think the Versa would not have much speed or pickup, but I can tell you, unless you're looking for extreme power, this vehicle has plenty of "energy".
I could not be more pleased with my purchase. I flew back to Tennessee and my car was delivered to me by two fine gentlemen, both former military men.
If you're looking for a vehicle and you're looking for a dealership that is honest and interested in you and what you are looking for in a vehicle, I can recommend Eastern Carolina Nissan without any reservations.
